GIG.PH was formed by four individuals who share the same passion for music in July 23, 2010. Realizing the need for one place that would serve as an all-in-one package when it comes to providing all the information on the latest gigs, concerts, bands, local productions and the best bars for hosting events, they conceptualized Gig.ph.

The website aims to advertise local productions and their gigs while helping artists promote their music and talent. In line with this, Gig.ph would like to showcase the bars around the metro that are considered the best when looking for a place to host an event, as well as the small-time bars that seem to be a perfect fit for hosting gigs.

Most importantly, GIG.PH aims to build friendship and camaraderie within the industry through one advocacy: Filipino Music.
