To get to the Caramoan Peninsula, one must take a 2-hour boat ride from the Sabang wharf in the town of San Jose, Camarines Sur. Other than that, you can take a tedious land trip through the mountains – something that can only be done by either a motorcycle or a hardy 4×4.
