Dubbed as a poetry play, scenes as enigmatic as the shifting sand project glimpses of characters bearing scars of the past.
No clear stories but images, dream-like, reflections that reveal memories of working abroad.
Love and cruelty enmeshed in verses that flow like the sand dripping out as a fist’s hard grip.
This fluid flow of verses spans from Manila to Riyadh, with poem quotes from Rumi and craigslist.com. The seemingly random quotes casts a thread as fragile as the memories of pain and love.

These photos were taken on the June 29 8pm and June 30 3pm shows. On June 29th, I was sitting at the last row of the bleachers. On June 30th, I was right in the very first row of the center seats, squeezed in with Ram and some A.C. members.
The photos were taken as photo documentation for Teatro Pilipinas and Tanghalang Pilipino but all photo copyrights belong solely to me.
