Overdue for a Short Do

.. or even just a different do.

I have been thinking for the past month about getting a haircut, not really because of the heat or the fact that Lia likes tugging at my hair, but because I am sooo bored. My hair bores me to death. And it was only last night that I realized, I have had hair this long since I lived in the island. I have had hair this long for five years!!!

So I am overdue for a short do. Not that it’s going to be the first time, I have had a short do for most of my life. I had a short do half of high school, half of college and most of my grade school years.

I do not really have a ‘do in mind. I am going in this week, right in time for my birthday. I have this thought that I’m just going to tell the stylist, “I just want a short cool look.” I want to be surprised. But let’s hope I will be pleasantly surprised, ya? And I hope the stylist’s idea of “cool” is the same as mine.

For the sake of this post, I need to insert a photo. Even if it’s not really what I may get.

Now that I think about it, I have had a look like that back in college. I just can’t find the photo.

The closest I can find is this one. And I am barely recognizable in it. Haha! The U.P. Repertory Company in the U.P. Los Banos prod tour in 2001. See if you can recognize Nick, Kalai, Abet, Roma and Kristine.
